ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Casa Lauremar is a large two bedroom, two bathroom luxury villa in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It was completed in Jan 06 and is on a fully detached 660 sq metre plot in the "la carabela" area, with fantastic sea and mountain views. The newly planted canarian garden is fully enclosed by a volcanic wall which provides the extra peace and contentment you expect from a villa holiday.

It will comfortably sleep four people but the capacity can be increased to six by adding a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Travel cots, high chairs, prams and other items can be supplied at an additional cost if required.

In the kitchen you will find all of the home comforts that you would expect including a tall fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and so much more.

Very rarely do you have to eat indoors in Lanzarote and that is why we have a large al-fresco dining area and a barbecue for your use. The villa is south facing with sea and mountain views, from the pool terrace you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

There is an 8m x 4m private pool (Heated from Winter 06) which will provide endless entertainment for everyone and will also help to cool you down when the sun gets too hot. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided.

In the living room you can relax on the beautiful brown leather suite whilst you watch the large screen satellite TV or watch a DVD from the selection supplied. You may prefer to listen to your favourite music on the CD system, our taste in music and films may not be yours so feel free to bring your own.

There are two bathrooms, one has a double walk-in shower and the other is en-suite to the master bedroom which has a bath and a shower. Both are finished beautifully with marble surfaces,tiles and surrounds.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The twin bedroom has two very good quality large single beds and mattresses. The stunning en-suite master bedroom also has a high ceiling which helps to maintain a cool temperature. It has a beautiful wrought-iron bedstead with a very comfortable high quality mattress. Double doors from the master bedroom lead out onto the tiled pool terrace.

POOL:

There is an 8m x 4m private pool which will provide endless entertainment for everyone and will also help to cool you down when the sun gets too hot. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided.

A midweek towel change and a weekly linen and towel change will be carried out

BOOKING NOTES:

A 25% Deposit is required to secure any booking.
The balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
A £100 damage deposit is required prior to departure. Once a satisfactory check of the property has been carried out after departure the deposit will be returned as soon as possible.
A free welcome pack is provided for each customer.
