ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Apartment 3 has double entrance doors facing the pool and is situated under the main terrace giving extra shade. The entrance leads into the lounge area which has leather sofa and chairs, Satellite TV and video recorder, occasional tables, lamps and rugs. This leads into the kitchen/dining area, which has ceramic hob and full cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, fridge freezer and breakfast table with wooden chairs. All utensils needed for a self catering holiday are provided. Smoke alarms and fire blankets are fitted.

There is a large leisure area with sofa bed, cupboards, and coffee table, which leads to the large bathroom, again having, bidet, shower, toilet and washbasin.

The first bedroom is twin bedded, with rugs, fitted wardrobes, chair, table and lamp. It has a door leading to a small patio area with views to the mountains. The next bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobes, rugs, bedside tables, lamps and a chair. Windows have mosquito nets fitted.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen/dining area has a ceramic hob and full cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, fridge freezer and breakfast table with wooden chairs. All utensils needed for a self catering holiday are provided. Smoke alarms and fire blankets are fitted.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The entrance leads into the lounge area which has leather sofa and chairs, Satellite TV and video recorder, occasional tables, lamps and rugs.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeover day is Thursday. Departure by 10.00 am and arrival at 2 pm. This allows time for apartment cleaning. In exceptional circumstances we can changeover on another day.

BOOKING NOTES:

Extra persons £50 per person


Christmas period - two bedroomed £550

We charge the same ALL year round, except Christmas (21st Dec -4th Jan 2007). Longer winter lets subject to negotiation and availability. All prices are in UK pounds.

Bookings are accepted with £100 non-refundable deposit and the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. Apartments will be held for 7 days while flights are arranged.
