ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is in a residential part of Calis away from noise but not far from public transport and local shops, bars and restaurants.It is on a small complex of 12 apartments around the swimming pool.
The complex is 20 minutes walk from Calis centre and 5 minutes from the Sunday market.
POOL:
The swimming pool is in the centre of the complex and has a children's pool separate from the main pool
PATIO:
The apartment has 2 big terraces with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. A movable barbecue is available. The 2 terraces offer sun and shade throughout the day.
GARDEN:
A grass area on the side of the complex offers peace and relaxation away from the sun and swimming pool.
PARKING:
Parking available outside and at the side of the complex.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and enough cuttlery, glasses,crockery, etc for 6 people. There is also a kettle and toater.
DINING AREA:
There are two tables and chairs which can be used inside or outside.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes drier are also available as well as crockery and cuttlery for 6 people.
The living area has a double sofa bed and tables.
BEDROOMS:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom contains a double bed (Bedding provided), a double wardrobe with drawers and 2 bedside tables with drawers. It opens onto a large terrace with is in the shade in the afternoon making the room nicely cool. The room has air conditioning.
The little bedroom has a single bed, a single wardrobe and bedside table both with drawers. The room is big enough to add a cot. There is a fan in the room.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before and after the weekly rental.
A wecome pack can be made available on request for a small extra charge.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
The change over day is flexible.
LINEN NOTES:
Bath towels (for indoor use) and bedding (for different seasons) are provided.
BABY FACILITY:
The apartment and complex are very safe for toddlers and young children.
The balconies have ornamental walls which are high enough to prevent children from climbing over them. The complex is walled all around with a wrought iron gate at the front.
The small bedroom which contains a single bed could easily accommodate a cot.
There is a small play park opposite the complex. It has slides and other children's activities.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Calis Beach centre is only a 20 minutes walk away and offers many sporting activities and attractions. There is a small aqua park and very relaxing Turkish baths.
Calis with its refreshing breeze makes the temperature pleasantly cooler, especially at nights and its sunsets are stunning.
Even though Calis has many bars, restaurants and a couple of discos, it is more a place to chill out and recharge one's own batteries. For more exciting life night Fethiye is only a couple of miles away and offers a greater variety of entertainment.

BATHROOM/ENSUITE:
The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a shower with hot water all day (solar system) toilet and wash basin unit.
