ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

There is a sunny terrace at the front of the house, with shade from a mature tree. The BBQ & wooden dining furniture will tempt you to eat al fresco, or why not make the most of relaxing with a book and a glass of wine.The private walled rear garden has a 3m plunge pool, perfect for soaking up the sun, and outdoor table tennis for the more energetic! For the smaller guests there is a toddlers paddling pool. In the evening admire the splendid views of La Cité Carcassonne while you enjoy a BBQ or a glass of the local Minervois wine……… delicious!
Villedubert is a small tranquil village in the heart of vineyards on the Aude plain & close to the World Heritage Canal du Midi, making cycling and walking a comfortable and pleasurable experience. Beyond, are the Montagnes Noires to the north & the Corbières Hills to the south, with the Pyrenees beyond. Carcassonne & its impressive World Heritage medieval Cité is visible from the house and is only 8kms away. Transport links excellent - flights to Toulouse & Carcassonne. Rail and motorway links provide access from ports, to the coast, the Pyrenees & Spain. Daily bread delivery to the village. The small town of Trèbes (3kms through the vineyards) has restaurants on the Canal, banks, post office and shops. 3 double bedrooms. 1 twin room has a single bed + a metal-action sofa bed.

Games room (grenier) has darts, table football + beach equipment.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

Please leave thye gite as you found it when departing. Please remember to clean the BBQ for the next guests.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Usual day for changeovers - Saturdays. This can be flexible out of peak season

LINEN NOTES:

Bed linen provided - duvet, sheet & pillows.
Hand towels for the bathroom, shower room & kitchen provided, as well as
tea-towels.
Please bring your own beach towels.

PET NOTES:

Sorry we cannot accept pets

BABY FACILITY:

Baby/Toddler package available for hire - includes cot (with linen), highchair, stairgate, pushchair.

ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:

Grenier (games room) with table football, darts, beach equipment, bats & balls. Outdoor table-tennis available.

BOOKING NOTES:

Bookings run from 4.00pm on the arrival day to 10.00am on the departure day (unless otherwise arranged) and should be confirmed in writing with a non-refundable deposit of 20% before the reservation is finally accepted. The balance and security deposit (see below) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday date.

The security deposit of £150 (paid with the balance of the rental) will be returned by post after your departure, less any damage, loss, breakages or cleaning costs incurred.
