ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Located on the popular Paloma complex with its lovely sea views and just five minutes' walk from the centre of Kissonerga village. Vardas Beach, which has sun loungers, umbrellas and a good beach-side restaurant, is about 10 minutes' walk.
There's a bus stop just 400 metres away where a regular bus service will take you to Kato Paphos in about 10 minutes, and less to Coral Bay with its sandy beach. Paphos airport is 25-30 minutes' drive.
We are happy to send further photos of the apartment and local areas on request.
PATIO:
This 1st-floor apartment features a huge terracotta-tiled, sea-facing balcony, approximately 33 feet by 11 feet in size, which overlooks the pool and garden area.
A dining table and six chairs, a sun umbrella and four loungers for sunbathing on the balcony are provided.
PARKING:
The apartment has its own designated, covered parking space. We'll send details of where the parking space is located, together with full information on how to find the apartment when driving from either Paphos airport or Larnaca airport.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, plus plenty of cooking utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery.
There are also cool bags and ice blocks, as well as plastic food containers, for guests to take to the beach or on picnics.
An iron and ironing board, and a clothes-airer and laundry basket, are also provided.
For your peace of mind, there's a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and the apartment is also fitted with a smoke alarm.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
The open-plan sitting area has two 2-seater settees, a colour TV, a DVD player (plus a good library of DVDs), a CD-tape player (plus a selection of CDs), as well as board games and playing cards.
There is a dining table which opens out to seat four people, but from May through October guests can enjoy eating al fresco on the huge balcony, which has a table and six chairs.
BEDROOMS:
The apartment sleeps 2 to 4 people in two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a large double (5-foot) bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single (3-foot) beds.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes offering plenty of hanging space plus three drawers.
A hair-dryer is provided in each bedroom.
Both bedrooms lead out onto the huge sea-facing balcony.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
The apartment will be given a thorough clean before and after your stay.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
We are flexible about arrival and departure days.
The apartment will be ready for your use by 3pm. Departure time on your final day is at 12 noon.
LINEN NOTES:
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and are changed weekly for bookings of two weeks or more.
We don't supply beach towels – please bring your own.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Hiring a car is recommended for those who want to explore all that Cyprus has to offer.
Nearby places worth a visit are the little fishing port of Agios Georgios, the monastery of Agios Neofytos and Lemba village. Visit Pissouri village, stopping on the way to see the famous Aphrodite’s Rock. Further afield, head up to Polis, Latchi (with its many fish restaurants) and the Baths of Aphrodite.
A drive up to the pine-clad Troodos Mountains is also recommended – scenic villages include Lania, Omodos and Kakopetria.
BOOKING NOTES:
We welcome couples and families but children must be aged 7 years or over.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking. The remaining balance, plus a returnable keys/damages deposit of £100, is due two months before your departure date.
IT IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING THAT ALL PERSONS MUST HAVE FULL TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE, INCLUDING COVER FOR CANCELLATION.
BATHROOM/ENSUITE:
There is a large, beautifully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, plus plenty of storage for your toiletries.
