ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can sleep up to five guests.
The Master bedroom has a king sized sleigh bed, 2 x bedside cupboards, dressing table and fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers for clothes. The first bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wc and sink. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower, wc and sink. The whole villa has been decorated and equipped to the very highest standards and has luxurious marble flooring throughout and marble tiled bathrooms.
The lounge has a leather suite, coffee table, CD player, DVD player, full sky tv package, Playstation 2, storage units with books, games, dvd's and cd's.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possible need for a perfect holiday. Microwave, Oven with hob and grill, dishwasher, sink, kettle, toaster etc.
The villa has a highchair, travel cot and baby plates, bowls, beakers etc for small children or babies.
The Utility room houses a washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer with pegs.
The Alfresco dining area seats up to eight around a huge marble table.
Outside is walled, has landscaped gardens and a wonderful private heated swimming pool with safety rail and a salt chlorinator for sensitive skin. It has a large terrace and high quality wooden sunloungers for comfortable sunbathing.
Villa Jasmin is soon to have a hot tub spa installed (October 2007), making this villa even more luxurious!
The villa is very quiet and private with both sea and mountain views.
10 minutes walk away is the nearest shop, bar, restaurant. 4 minutes walk from the sea.
