Spacious lounge with log burner, Satellite HD TV/HD DVD player and expanding DVD library. Games and books are also available. WIFI Internet access (Broadband) .
FIRST FLOOR : Three large double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. A second shower room and toilet. All rooms lead from the mezzanine, and have views of the pool and beautiful unspoilt countryside. There are two foldaway beds available if required.
OUTSIDE : Private patio with garden furniture, BBQ, parasol with views of the pool and beautiful countryside.

Patio area large enough for you to be private when reading that rivetting book.

GARDEN:
Large Garden for ball games, also play Boule on our Boule Court, great fun with a cool beer or glass of wine. Croquet and quality outdoor table-tennis table to test your skills, and a variety of ball games,frizbees, kites available.

Lots to do near us, the list is endless. Karting, Fishing,Quads Jet Ski, conoeing, Cognac Tasting, visit our neighbours and try some.
Angouleme has a large leisure lake, and hundreds of splendid restarant to suit all tastes and pockets.
Our village has Boulongeries, Shop, Bank, Bars , Restaurant, Post Office, Pharmecie, Doctor, Dentist, Charcuterie, Hairdressers.
BOOKING NOTES:
25% non-refundable deposit due within 10 days of preliminary enquiry. Balance due within 8 weeks of letting date.
A Damage Deposit of €200 is also due with the balance of the rental. This is refundable within 7 days of departure, subject to breakages etc.
