Situated in a quiet hamlet, Plassac-Rouffiac, just South of Mouthiers sur Boeme, 20 minutes from Angoulême.

Come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Relax by the pool and take in the views over unspoiled countryside. Test your skills with a game of boule or explore the wide selection of activities on offer in the area.

20 min's to Pleasure Lake with boating, swimming and fishing. Brantome, Cognac, Aubeterre and Riberac are under 45 mins drive.

Gite 2 -Souris - Sleeps 2 to 6

GROUND FLOOR : Open plan ground floor with fully equipped kitchen with full range of utensils, cooker, dishwasher and fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. Dining and lounge areas, separate shower room/toilet. Separate utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, airer etc..

There is an adjoining door between the 2 properties (Fauvette & Souris) for convenience if both gites are rented together to large parties, sleeping up to 14 in all.

Satellite HD TV/HD DVD player and expanding DVD library. Books and games are also provided. WIFI internet access (Broadband).

FIRST FLOOR : 3 large double bedrooms, one with double bed and two with twin beds. Second shower room and toilet.

dotside : Private patio area with BBQ, garden furniture, parasol.

Linen and bath towels provided, including pool towels. Utilities included. Both Gites have a log burning stove for out of season letting. A €40 pw supplement is required during winter lets for a plentiful supply of logs.

Smoking outside only. Sorry - no pets.

Our village has Boulongeries, Shop, Bank, Bars , Restaurant, Post Office, Pharmecie

BOOKING NOTES:

Changeover Saturdays. Guests are requested not to arrive before 5 pm, and to leave by 10 am on day of departure.

25% non-refundable deposit with booking, payable with 10 days. Balance is due within 8 weeks of letting date.

Damage Deposit €200 is also payable at the time balance of rent is due. This is refundable within 7 days from date of departure, subject to breakages etc.
