Larger than average pool measuring 30 x 15 with a Spa with fantastic views over conservation and trees. Our large extended decking area ensures no-one is fighting for space plus a covered lanai. Not directly overlooked by neighbouring villas. Planting down the sides of the Pool Screen adds that extra bit of privacy. For those travelling with young children you will be pleased to know there is a 4ft Safety Fence between the villa and the pool (this can be removed if not required) Sun Loungers with cushions, Patio Table and Chairs, Sun Umbrella, Pool Blanket and toys all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Underwater lighting in the pool & spa means you can have a swim day or night

CLEANING INFORMATION:

Our villa is fully cleaned before you arrive and at the end of your stay

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Villa must be vacated by 10am. Arrival is from 4pm onwards. We accept bookings for every day of the week

LINEN NOTES:

All linens and towels are provided. Plenty of spares are in the closets

PET NOTES:

Strictly No Pets or Smoking allowed

BABY FACILITY:

Free use of Baby Equipment: highchair, cot, pushchair, plug in baby monitor. A 4ft (removable) fence is located in front of the pool so that you can rest in peace that the little ones will not get into the pool un-noticed
