ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Le Chataignier has very large patio windows facing the courtyard and the morning sun. Spacious and light interior with lots of original oak and stone features. Large rooms and a private garden to the back and would best suit a family of 6 to 8.

Coming in from the courtyard, on the groundfloor there is a light and large, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven & hotplates, microvawe and fridge freezer, lots of work surface and large dining table. French doors opening to the garden and covered terrace with a bbq, table and chairs.

A wc with a washing machine and a large and sunny living room with comfy sofas and armchairs. You will also find books and boardgames in the living room.
A wetroom shower.
On the first floor a bathroom + wc, 2 large double bedrooms with wardrobes, bedside tables etc + one room with an unusual glass front wall sleeping two and one bedroom with two single beds.


Le Chataignier is located in the Dordogne , north of Nontron in the "Perigord Vert" deep in the Perigord - Limousin Natural Park. Between 3 cities: Perigueux, Limoges and Angouleme, near the small, picturesque hamlet of Busserolles.
