ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
The villa is only fifteen minutes drive from Siesta Key, which has some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world and many waterfront restaurants and cafes.
The city of Sarasota and the surrounding area is known as the cultural hub of Florida. Sun, sand and water provide a stunning backdrop to museums, botanical gardens, wildlife sanctuaries and professional theatre, dance, art and music.
There are many things to do and see in Sarasota, including the John and Mabel Ringling Museum of Art, the Sarasota Classic Car Museum and the Circus Museum.
Visitors may wish to visit the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, the Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary or the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, the Centre for Shark Research and the Sarasota Bay National Estuary Program.
The main North/South Interstate Highway is only 10 minutes away and there are many shopping malls and individual shops with a 5 or 10 minute drive.
The villa provides the perfect base from which to explore the Gulf Coast or visit the many attractions of the Orlando area, which are approximately an hour and three quarters away.
Why not hire a boat and go fishing, play golf and visit the Walt Disney World Resort.
POOL:
The South facing swimming pool is 28ft x 16ft and is solar heated. It is totally enclosed by a Lanai, a fine mesh that keeps even the tiniest insects at bay, yet allowing you to get a sun tan through it. Patio furniture is provided for your leisure.
PATIO:
One end of the pool is a dining area, perfect for evenings spent cooking on the barbeque or enjoying a quiet drink. All this outside, but still within the protection of the Lanai.
KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen diner has a fridge/freezer, conventional oven, microwave and dishwasher. The garage is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are supplied for your convenience
DINING AREA:
The dining area has a dining table with chairs for 6 people. A selection of foods will be available for you on your arrival.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
This comfortable open plan lounge, with full air-conditioning, has two settees, cable television, video and CD/radio/cassette hi-fi system.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
BEDROOMS:
The villa has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom shown here has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room and toilet.
The second bathroom/toilet has an over bath shower unit.
