The secluded and romantic property commands breathtaking views towards the bay of Puerto de Pollensa, the historical town Pollensa, Puig de Maria, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. The villa, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants, the lawned garden and the private pool (8m x 5m) have absolute privacy.

All the master bed rooms have spacious terraces including one fantastic rooftop terrace, all with spectacular views and guaranteeing to all our guests a very private sphere. And the large panoramic dining terrace with BBQ is perfect for balmy evenings and outdoor dining "Al Fresco".

The lovely swimming pool with floodlight is situated on a separate level of the property further down from the house within a beautiful lawned Mediterranean garden similar to a park. Entresol: There is a separate unit including one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and a very spacious roof terrace with fantastic views.

First Floor:Two double bedrooms, full bathroom with bidet, large covered terrace with magnificent views.

Internet access available in Pollensa at only 5 mins drive.

Our Villa is located near the historical town of Pollensa (1,5 km) one of the most privileged places of Mallorca. Situated on the North side of Majorca, Pollensa, including Port de Pollenca, Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç, is one of the most beautiful and attractive places of this Island. The magnificent mountains and bay offer a charming and wonderful setting full of contrasts: steep mountains and deep lovely green valleys ending in lonely bays with crystalline water. The most beautiful and sandy beaches of Majorca are at a short drive of the romantic holiday villa FINCA CAN SAGRA.


Booking and payment conditions:

A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
A security/key deposit of € 400 will be required on arrival. This will be refunded in total provided there is no damage or lost.

Rental is per week. Minimum rental is one week.
April to October: Changeover day is saturday. Arrival time is 3 pm and departure 10 am.
November to March: We are more flexible during these months. So arrival and departure could be at any day of the week upon agreement.
Maximal occupation: 6 persons (children included)
Available all year. Central heating.
Private rental direct with the owner

The prices include a welcome food pack, weekly cleaning and final cleaning, bed-linen change once a week, towels will be changed twice a week, water, electricity, maintaining and cleaning of swimming pool, gardening.
1 cot, 1 highchair are included.
Central heating upon request if necessary (at extra cost).

We already accept bookings for 2007. Early booking recommended.

The beautiful Balearic Island Mallorca enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate of nice and hot summers and very mild winters. Spring and autumn are delightful with lovely sunshine.

Places of interest: Palma the capital city of Mallorca, Deia and Valldemossa with the Carthusian Monastery and Soller on the West coast, Alcudia, Bahia de Mura on the East coast and many more fantastic towns and villages.
