The large lounge has a wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, and 50" plasma satellite TV (English SKY) with DVD and CD stereo system

BEDROOMS:

Both ground floor bedrooms have double beds. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a super king-sized double bed, 32" LCD TV and DVD and 2 bedrooms with a king-sized double bed and 1 single bed each. A further two bedrooms upstairs have king-sized double/twin beds and 1 single bed each.


All 7 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst the master bathroom has a double whirlpool bath and wet-room shower, 32" LCD TV, DVD and sound system. There is an additional guest wc, shower and washroom on the ground floor.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeover days are flexible. Where bookings coincide for the same day we request that outgoing guests depart by 10.30am and the incoming party arrive no earlier than 2.30 pm.

LINEN NOTES:

Maid service is provided for cleaning 3 days a week, with weekly linen and bi-weekly towel change. There is also a laundry area with 3 washing machines, an iron and ironing board.

BABY FACILITY:

Cots and high chairs are available for very small children

Besides its magnificent coastine and attractive scenery, the Algarve is renowned for its very wide choice of first-class golf courses. The Villa La Quiete is unique in providing flexible and superb accommodation for golf parties large and small, its location providing easy access to at least nine premier courses, all within 15 minutes driving time from the villa.
