Our privately owned 6 berth mobile home is situated in Southern Brittany on the Haven run site of Domaine de Kerlann near the picturesque port of Pont Aven. The site was given four stars by the French regulating body and consists of rented Haven homes with a select number of private mobile homes. All holiday home guests are able to enjoy the site's many facilities (subject to the purchase of fun passes). These include access to the large indoor heated swimming pool and the two outdoor pools. Pools are fully supervised by lifeguards.

Situated on a spacious corner plot, it is a couple of minutes walk from all of the facilities. Outside there is a BBQ, table and chairs and an light for those warm evenings. All grassed with a good size parking space.
There are 3 childrens clubs, Indoor pool complex with paddling pool, waterslide & spa bath plus heated outside pools.

Special features
Sports passes are required and are not included in the rental price they can be purchased on site at 23 euros per adult and 11.50 euros per child per week.
There are large savings to be made when comparing our prices to prices charged when booking direct with the site. 20% when two consecutive weeks are booked.
Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
There is a £50 security deposit payable prior to your arrival to be held against loss/breakages, key return etc.
Holidays run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
POOL:
All holiday home guests are able to enjoy the site's many facilities (subject to the purchase of fun passes). These include access to the large indoor heated swimming pool,water chutes and the two outdoor pools. Pools are fully supervised by lifeguards.

There is a small enclosed garden surrounding the mobile home, and is equipped with dining table, chairs, BBQ and outside light.

CLEANING INFORMATION:
The mobile home must be left in good clean condition to ensure return of Breakage/Cleaning deposit.

Changeover day is Saturday, though we will where possible try to accomodate other arrival days

LINEN NOTES:
Pillow & duvets are provided but you must provide you own linen and towels.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Pont Aven is approx 3 miles away and has a large supermarket.
Pont Aven one of the most picturesque places in France. It was made famous by the painter Gauguin who set up a painting school here. It is set on the river Aven and full of galleries, shops, cafes, restaurants, and riverside eating places. You can take a boat ride on the river or spend time in the many art galleries and museums. It is also famous for its biscuits!
The Hotel Des Mimosas serves the most wonderful seafood platter which you can enjoy as you watch the boats come in and out (the fillet steak is worth a mention too).
BOOKING NOTES:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The dates requested will be held for no more than 10 days from invoice date to allow payment of this deposit to be made.
The payment of the full balance is due 8 weeks before the start date of your stay. If your booking is made less than two months before the start date, payment is due in full at time of booking. Under no circumstances will the caravan be made available unless payment has been received in full before arrival.
Cancellation Charges
It may be necessary for you to cancel your holiday due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. Please ensure you take out your own holiday insurance to cover the cancellation charges below.
