Puerto Banus

One of Europe’s most famous marinas, the expensive shops, restaurants and glittering nightlife here reflect the wealth of its clientele. It has a reputation of high-class and high-price-tag and it is where the elite classes can be found.

Established in May 1970, Puerto Banus is one of the most popular places in Andalucia, in an ideal setting with both mountain (the Sierra Bermeja Mountains rise up to the north of the town) and ocean views.

The Marina is home to large expensive yachts and smaller pleasure craft alike surrounded by luxurious housing, with many large and exclusive villas adorning the town.

There is a good beach just to the east of the Marina protected by a jetty. Other activities here include an Aquarium and a multi screen cinema showing films in English.
