The Mumbles

Located at the far westernmost end of Swansea Bay, Mumbles is a charming Victorian resort which is a popular water-sports centre and the gateway to 19 mile long Gower Peninsula.

With a diverse range of seaside entertainment and the seemingly endless Mumbles Mile of pubs, Mumbles is a lively and enjoyable alternative to its neighbouring Swansea. Mumbles is now used to refer to the entire Oystermouth area. Now in ruins, Oystermouth Castle was home to the Breos family and parts of the castle date back to the 13th and 14th centuries.

Mumbles Tourist Information Centre is located at Mumbles Methodist Church.
