Once a single movie park, competing with the other area attractions, Universal Studios now boasts two major theme parks.

Universal Studios

Universal Studios' entrance has been made to resemble the front lot of a Hollywood film studio.

There are some shops on the Plaza of the Stars. Other parts include Hollywood Boulevard, Rodeo Drive and the Expo Centre, to name just a few, which all makes up this great park.

One of the World's most technologically advanced theme parks, Islands of Adventure demands a days visit of its own.

Islands Of Adventure

The islands include Jurassic Park, the Lost Continent, with its Duelling Dragons roller coaster, Marvel Superhero Island, which features Spiderman and the Incredible Hulk, and the educational Discovery Centre.

For youngsters, a Cat in the Hat ride can be found on Seuss Island, and Toon Lagoon Island is home to Popeye and Olive Oil.

Lively neon strip open until late

International Drive

International Drive is very near to Walt Disney World. Universal Studios and Sea World are at either end, and it is also home to Wet 'n Wild, a popular water park, which opened in 1977.

During the day, International Drive is reasonably quiet, but comes to life in the evening with everything staying open late for the visitors.

This entertaining nightlife complex pulls a big crowd

Church Street Station

Musical shows are performed here during the evening until late at night. Bands play, can-can girls dance and bartenders sing at Rosie O'Grady's which is decorated with British pub mirrors.

Church Street Station originated in the 1970s from an area of old buildings.

Surrounded by magnificent oaks, cypress trees and hugh mansions

Winter Park

Winter Park was created in the 1880s when winter homes were built here by people from other parts of America. Take a boat trip to see the neighbourhood.

Park Avenue is the main street, along which are shops and cafes, and also the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art. It is home to a collection of works by Louis Comfort Tiffany.

A 30-acre entertainment complex of restaurants, night-clubs, shops and cinemas.

Universal CityWalk

Universal CityWalk was designed for visitors' musical entertainment after the parks have closed.

CityWalk is open from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. and includes restaurants, shops and nightclubs on the 30 acre site.
