About the property
Just 3 minutes walk from the beach and many very fine restaurants and bars. It is in a rural position, not overlooked in any way, with fantastic views in all directions. Casa Clara is detached on a 1/2 acre site and consists of the main villa (4 bedrooms) with an adjacent self contained 1 bedroom bungalow, they are not let separately. The lounge faces the road and open land, it is L-shaped, a lot of glass with large sliding windows at every angle. A large cream marble fireplace with an inset convector heated, wood burning, glass door, stove that provides background heating for the whole house in winter. Two of the four bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool area. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and shower. A second and third bedroom is also on the ground floor, as is the kitchen and the floor to ceiling patio, door to sun lounge which also leads to the pool area. The fourth bedroom is the only upstairs room.
Booking Notes
25% is due to secure the booking, with the balance and £250 damage deposit due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the holiday is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount + the damage deposit is due immediately.
Long winter lets will be considered at £1000 per month.
