Brand new for 2008, Villa Fedra is positioned in a prime font line position with outstanding sea and mountain views. There are only 3 other front line villas in this exclusive development of just 8 and no other developments in the immediate vicinity.

Villa Fedra has it's own private overflow pool, with steps, lighting and shower for exclusive use by its guests.

You may relax on sun loungers by the pool enjoying breathtaking views.

The open plan living areas are spacious and light and finished to a high specification.

The contemporary fitted kitchen is brand new with new appliances. These include cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and essential cooking and dining utensils.

Large open plan living area with open aspect to Vlicha Bay and the Aegean Sea. Includes large sofas, flat screen television and DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Patio doors to pool terrace and gardens.

Bed linen, hand, face and bath towels are provided. No beach towels are provided. The villa will be cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly. Additional cleaning/changes on request, payable locally for a small charge.

Villa rental is inclusive of air conditioning, water and electricity. A Guest Service Manual will be provided, containing useful information, restaurant recommendations, bus timetable, places of interest and the contact details of our management company, as well as other miscellaneous information to assist you during your stay. Please let us know if you require a cot or high chair or if you have any other special requirements. There is ADSL internet access and DVDs, games, books and magazines will also be available for your complementary use during your stay at Villa Fedra. As Villa Fedra is currently under construction, we only have artists impressions and limited photographs. As the villa develops and it nears completion, we will add more pictures. We kindly ask you not to smoke in Villa Fedra as it is a strictly Non-Smoking Villa - your cooperation is much appreciated.
