Local Area Details
The villa is literally just one minute walk from the lovely beach in Vlicha Bay. A number of restaurants and shops are on the beach together with opportunities to hire equipment for water sports. The most popular resort on Rhodes is the ancient town of Lindos which is just 1km away in the adjoining bay. Lindos is a town not to be missed with a wealth of small shops and extensive restaurants all set in the quaint and narrow streets which are only accessible to people and donkeys. Lindos Acropolis sits above the town dominating the skyline. A little further away to the north Rhodes town provides an interesting day to explore shops and museums etc. While in the south of the island water sports are very popular where the Aegean Sea meets with the Mediterranean.

The villa is professionally cleaned once a week. Further cleaning and linen chnages can be made part way through the week for an additional premium.
Changeover Notes
Changeover dates vary. Usually on Wednesdayor Saturday, but other days may be available.

Local Amenities & Attractions
Villa Neos is in a superb location virtually on the beach and just 1km away from Lindos town centre. The beach beside the villa is lovely and clean, has been awarded a blue flag and has lots to offer. There are opportunities to rent waterskiing/jet ski equipment, small boats for fishing and inflatables rides. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance and a few small shops for gifts and essentials. A large supermarket if just over 800 metres from the villa.
Nearby Lindos is the most sought after location on Rhodes. It is inaccessible to cars and its charm is in its narrow streets, wealth of restaurants and shops. It is a vibrant, bustling town. The Acropolis sits perched above Lindos and creates a spectacular scene.
Rhodes twon is around a 45-50 minutes drive and comprises a new town which is great for shopping and the old town for its history and culture.
Booking Notes
A deposit of 25% is required shortly after the booking has been made. The final balance will not be payable until 8 weeks before the date of your holiday in the villa.
Please note a fully refundable security/damage deposit of £200 is to be paid with final balance payment.
Bathroom/Ensuite Notes
Two bathrooms, one on each floor. Both the bathrooms are of a good size. The larger upstairs bathroom has a shower and a bath while the ground floor bathroom has a shower with its suite.
