Cleaning Notes
Terms & conditions
a. There is no cleaning service provided, with the exception of linen etc., which will take place once property vacated.
b. An inventory of all facilitis & equipment will be found in the property. Guests should check on their arrival and report any deficiencies to the owners asap.
c. Breakages/damage caused to propery/equipment will be paid for and is the responsiblity of the person making the booking, who will be held liable for costs incurred.
d. The communal swimming pool is not to be used during siesta, 15.00-17.00 hours daily. This is a condition stipulated by the complex residents committee.
e. The property is to be vacated by midday on the day of departure, unless by prior arrangments with the owners.
