Upstairs, bedroom one, the master bedroom has a double bed, its own en-suite shower and toilet and opens onto the upstairs balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. Bedroom two has two single beds and patio doors which also open onto the balcony. Bedroom three has two single beds. All bedrooms have high ceilings and plenty of hanging/storage space, the master bedroom closet containing a safe.

There is a general store located next to the complex for the purchase of groceries, provisions, newspapers etc. There is also a small cafe, Pambis, next to the complex. There is a large supermarket (called Orphanides) within four minutes drive of the villa.

There is a separate upstairs bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and another toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has its own en suite.
