This is a Brand New Villa which was completed in October 2005, Serendipity is sited on a premium lot and is not overlooked by other properties at the back of the villa..... unlike most other Villa rentals. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and now includes a games room in what used to be the garage.
The Villa boasts an oversized private swimming pool complete with poolside spa, both can be heated as an optional extra if requested, and recommended for rentals during the cooler months of October through to March.
This superior Floridian home is by no means a typical rental property within Orlando. The interior furnishings have been hand picked by the owners rather than by a furniture package company, these personal touches are evident throughout the property and there is no cheap budget furniture or tacky pictures within the villa.
Throughout the villa is high end furniture, TV’s in all rooms including dvd players in the family room and all of the bedrooms.
Our home is laid out to accommodate most families with the Family Room, Kitchen and breakfast nook being the hub of the house.
The villa boasts 2 Mastersuites, with a large double bed in the first mastersuite and a standard bouble bed in the second mastersuite, both have ensuite bathrooms, therefore ideal for 2 families sharing their accommodation. The villa has 2 further bedrooms which have twin beds (can be made into doubles if required) which share the third bathroom.
Pool Notes
The southerly facing larger than average swimming pool comes complete with a poolside spa, both can be heated during the cooler months (Oct-March) for a small additional charge. The swimming pool does have a childrens safety fence around it to prevent any little ones from entering the pool un-attended, this can be removed if required. Being south facing the pool area does catch the Floridian sun for the majority of the day, ideal for sunbathing!!
Patio Notes
There is a large covered lanai around the pool area, which has a large round pedastal table and chairs for alfresco eating, 2 chaise lounge and further sun loungers and chairs are available on site for larger parties. A full gas BBQ is available on request.
Garden Notes
The gardens of the villa are landscaped to the front and side and are maintained by a local gardener. A sprinkler system is programmed to water the lawn at intervals throughout the day.
Parking Notes
The villa has a double garage and during the cooler months the games within the garage/games room can be manouvered to oneside to enable a car to be park inside.
Kitchen Notes
The kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with a large range cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. There are also plenty of pots and pans, baking trays and serving dishes for those who prefer to cook instead of ordering a take away!! All cutlery, plates, dishes and glasses are all provided. In all it's just like being at home.
Utility Area Notes
There is a fully equipped utility area located just off the kitchen area which has a large washer and and equally large tumble drier. There is also an ironing board and iron provided along with a small indoor pull out washing line for all those items that cannot be tumble dried.
Dining Area Notes
There are 2 dining areas within the villa, the first being located within the kithen/family room area which is ideal for breakfast dining. There is also a formal dining area located just to the side of the formal living space. The dining table seats 6 people easily.
Living/Lounge Area Notes
The villa has 2 living/lounge areas. The large family room has a 32" colour TV complete with DVD player and a CD music centre is also available for your convenience. The formal living space consists of 2 sofa's (one converts to a sofa bed) and an armchair, along with various side tables and centre coffee table.
Bedroom Notes
Serendipity boasts 2 Master Bedroom suites which both have en-suite bathrooms. The first master suite is very large and has extensive storage space including a walk-in wardrobe. A colour TV is also available within the room. There is a large en-suite bathroom consisting of a huge walk-in shower, seperate deep bath and w.c, and his and hers vanity basins.
This bedroom has direct access out onto the covered lanai and pool area via patio doors.
The second master suite is located on the other side of the villa and can be segregated from the main family room by a lockable sliding door, this bedroom is facilitated by an en-suite shower, vanity basin and w.c.
There are 2 further twin bedded rooms, which can be made up as doubles if required, which are either side of a further bathroom.
All of the bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes including hangers for your convenience and all also have TV/DVD's.
Games Room Notes
The villa now boasts a games room which includes a pool table, table football, electronic darts and some suitable games for the littlest of guests.
Linen Notes
All bed linen and towels are provided within the villa.
Baby Facilities Notes
To make everybody's stay as comfortable as possible we have included within the villa a pack and play travel cot which can be moved from room to room, some bedding is also available for the travel cot, such as sheets and blankets. A highchair and lightweight stroller are also provided for your convenience and all free of charge. The villa also has 2 car booster seats available so no need to hire expensive seats from the car hire companies.
