About the property

Set in a true Venetian context, this apartment with beamed ceilings has been totally renovated and offers all the top in home comfort for a short holiday in any season. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, satellite TV. Pleasingly furnished in good quality Italian design with a particular attention paid to colour and comfort.

A short distance from all local services, including banks, post office, supermarket, chemist, internet point and public transport, and from one of the most fascinating canals in Venice, namely the Giudecca Canal.

Just 20 yards around the corner, you will come across a beautiful little Venetian square, complete with its own running fountain. A few paces further and you will find one of the last havens of Venetian tradition, where the older ladies still bring a chair out from their dining room to sit and share the latest gossip with like-minded elders - to exchange the latest scandals and how to pick up that dropped crochet stitch!

Parking Notes

If you come to Venice by car, please contact us for details on how to reach the nearest parking area to the apartment.
A car is not of any use at all in the city, as all transport is by water.

Cleaning Notes

Final clean included in rental costs.
Please make sure you remove any rubbish from the apartment before you leave.
If you have used the oven, please make sure that this is left clean.

Changeover Notes

We can normally be flexible about your departure time, providing there are no guests due in immediately after your visit. Please enquire locally.
Normal arrival time after 4pm.
Normal departure time by 10am.
Any arrivals after 7pm will be charged an extra £25 (Euros 35,00) surcharge (per apartment).
This same surcharge applies to all day Sunday or Italian public holiday arrivals.
The surcharge is to be paid locally.

Linen Notes

Use of all bath and bed linen included for the specified number of occupants.
If your stay is for longer than one week, a change of linen is included.
Should you require further changes during your stay, please enquire for the additional costs.
