Booking Notes
All prices are for 7 nights per apartment, not per person
Booked weeks containing low and high season dates will be charged at the higher rate.
£100 security deposit payable on all bookings to be returned on receipt of keys and satisfactory apartment inspection (normally within 10 days of your return).
To secure your holiday you are required to pay 30% of the total cost within 10 days of the date of the confirmation letter. The outstanding balance will be due six weeks prior to departure.
If we do not receive your deposit within ten days, we cannot guarantee your booking. Failure to pay the full amount six weeks prior to your departure date will result in the cancellation of your booking and non refund of any monies paid to date. Last minute bookings made within six weeks are to be paid in full at the time of the booking.
