There is Satellite TV, telephone, Internet & E-mail access, and the English owners are on hand to help facilitate your holiday
Pool Notes
Courtanne gites 13m, heated, saltwater pool is shared with the 2 other Gites (maximum total capacity 22 persons). There are internal steps at the 1m shallow end, a safety ledge around the 2m deep end. The pool is protected by fencing and lockable gates, as well as an alarm system.
The pools sun terrace overlooks miles of beautiful rural fields, with truly stunning views! and is furnighed with sunloungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
Parking Notes
There is ample off-road parking at Courtanne. Well away from the road and next to the house.
Utility Area Notes
La Vieille Maison has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron & board, hoover, cleaning equipment & products, and drying lines in the garden.
Living/Lounge Area Notes
La Vieille Maison has a large lounge with lots of comfortable furniture. You have satellite TV, DVD & Video player (with a large DVD & Video library to choose from, free of charge), Hi-Fi system, wood-burning fire & many original features like wood beams & the original "potagere" oven.
Games Room Notes
Courtannes indoor games area is located in our enourmous barn. There are bikes available free of charge (and a limited supply of bike helmets), table-tennis, table-football, darts, gym equipment, outdoor games chest including footballs, badminton, cricket, tennis, boules, and toys for the younger children.
Also within the barn is a laundry area with washing machine, anmd large stone sink.
Cleaning Notes
A security cheque of £100 (€150) is required for each booking, per property.
This is returned to you after your holiday providing all terms and conditions of rental have been met, and the property is left as you find it, ie, clean and tidy with no damage, and breakages replaced with similar.
Changeover Notes
All days of the week are considered on request for start/end of holidays.
Linen Notes
All linens are provided (beds, bathroom & kitchen). EXCEPT POOL TOWELS
Pet Notes
Courtanne Gites has 4 cats (at teh moment) which live outside.
We also keep chickens, from which we get the eggs which are part of your welcome pack.
We do not allow pets to be brought to Courtanne Gites.
Baby Facilities Notes
Cots (including linen), highchairs and booster chairs are available on request.
There is a child-gate at the top of the stairs in La Vieille Maison.

We require a (non-returnable)20% deposit within 7 days of the booking request, with the balance payable at least 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
