About the property

Podere Settefrati is a delightful farmhouse which dates back to the 17th Century. It is a spacious with most of its original features still preserved. You will find its exposed beams, terra cotta floors and fireplaces fascinating.

Podere Settefrati consists of two floors, its own entrance, a private garden and patio off the kitchen overlooking hills of vineyards and silvery olive groves. It is very well furnished inside and out for maximum comfort. The property sleeps up to 10 people.

Pool Notes

The swimming pool is perched on top of the hill surrounded with a patio and spacious lawn. It also has a gazebo covered with Jasmine, with table and chairs and a purpose built barbecue. The perfect setting for your aperitif "al Fresco" while admiring the magnificent views

Kitchen Notes

With built in cabinets, gas hob, built in oven, tall refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and chairs. Small utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. (refurbished in 2000)

Tennis courts and riding stables are 5 minutes away. Castelfalf, once the summer residence of the Medici family is a 15 minute drive from Settefrati; it offers hunting, fishing and an international 18 hole Golf Course.

Local Amenities & Attractions

Situated in the Chianti Hills, in a landscape rich with olive groves, vineyards and cypresses. Secluded from the main road, but only 1 mile from Mura a small hamlet, and 1 mile from Montaione a small town with shopping banks, post office, pharmacy and petrol stations.

This area, known as the Heart of Tuscany, is well linked with Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Certaldo and many other towns rich in historic and artistic treasures.
