About the property

A 51.80 sq.m apartment on the first floor. 1 double bedroom + single bed, kitchen, living room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower.

Since the year 2000 the property has been extended to 20ha. The newly bought property, named Monte, with the main house and two outbuildings. The newly restored outbuildings are 600m from the main house, in a wonderful position, among olive groves and vineyards, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape and San Gimignano towers in the distance. The larger outbuilding (barn) been converted into two apartments and the the other converted into one cottage with a view on the swimming pool. The main house is being converted into three apartments, with a main recreation room with large open fireplace shared by all the guests on the estate.

Guests can buy produce from our estate which include wine, Extra Vergine olive oil, the Tuscan speciality "Vinsanto", pigeons, fruit and vegetables in season.
