Casa Tropicana is ideally located just 700 metres walk to the Arenal sandy beach in Javea with numerous shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket within 500 metres. The tennis club is just down the road and the renowned Javea Golf Club only a few minutes drive away.
This spacious high quality town house is on three floors and has a private garden, garage, central heating and air-conditioning. The terraces and balcony overlook the lovely gardens with waterfalls, fountains and swimming pool.
Access is through a remote controlled security gate and the garage is an integral part of the house. The ground floor features a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, cloak room with WC and a lounge dining room with music centre, television with BBC, ITV and SKY movies and sports channels and a DVD player. Patio doors lead to the private terrace with table and chairs for eight people to enjoy 'al fresco' dining.
The garden gate leads to the community gardens and pool area.
Stairs lead to the first floor that has a double bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a shower room and two twin bedded rooms. Stairs lead up to the 4th bedroom that has an en-suite shower room and two terraces.

Winter rates available for 4 weeks or more from £800 per month
Weekly prices include linen and towel hire, gas, electricity, welcome pack and local representation.
Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday.
The refundable inventory deposit for Tropicana is £350.00 because of the high quality of the furniture, fixtures and fittings.
If you book on-line, using the calendar below, your credit card will only be authorised for the amount and not charged unless a payment is due after your holiday. Alternatively you may pay the refundable deposit one week before the start of your hire period by credit card using PayPal and the refund will be made within one week of your return without any processing fees.
The villa will normally be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:30am on the last day.
You may request an option that will hold the villa for you for a short period to give you time to make your travel arrangements.
Change over days are normally Saturday but can be other days outside of peak season. Please check first.
