About the property
Villa Sophia is a pretty villa situated on the quiet and prestigious complex at Toscamar, Javea, a group of small villas and apartments in typical Spanish style. The villa has two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge so will sleep up to 5 people.
There is a lounge with 3 seat sofa, easy chair, coffee table, television with BBC, ITV, Ch4,Ch5 and CBeebies channels, CD and DVD player, an air-conditioning unit, telephone for incoming calls, a glazed naya with dining table and four chairs, one double bedded room and one twin bedded room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and integral frig/freezer and a bathroom with bath and shower over.
The interior is light and modern and is centrally heated.
Outside is a small garden to the rear with garden table, chairs and a parasol.
Nearby is the large communal swimming pool with children's shallow area,
a play area, floodlit tennis courts, a pelota (squash) court, an on-site bar, cafeteria, and an excellent Italian restaurant all set in beautifully maintained gardens. There is an English supermarket about 100 metres away.
Please note there is a charge for using the tennis and pelota courts.

Arenal with its bars, shops and restaurants is just 2000 metres.
A regular bus service provides a convenient way to travel between Toscamar, the Arenal beach, Javea Port and Javea old town at nominal cost.

Booking Notes
Winter rates available for 4 weeks or more from £125 per week.
Prices include linen and towel hire and local representation. Welcome pack available if required.
A 5th person can be accommodated on a sofa bed at £25 per week.
Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday with a refundable inventory deposit of £150.00
The villa will normally be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:30am on the last day.
