An early 19th Century Chateau with a large pool, set in a six acre wooded park, in a National Park Region of the south of France.

Classical slated roof and towers, with 20 windows to the front elevation. The Chateau has 13 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

Situated on the edge of a small friendly village, in a National Park region to the east of Toulouse, with inexpensive flights from many parts of the UK. It is therefore ideally suited for holidays or a private residence.

There are six adjoining self catering apartments of quality and style which are available in addition if required. These produce a useful income, either let annually, or for the holiday season.

An impressive Chateau built around 1800, with a private drive leading through huge iron gates, with stone pillars. Centuries old trees, plants and lawns of about 2 hectares (around 6 acres) bordered by a river. Many wild birds, red squirrels etc.

On the ground floor. Large oak double doors lead into the long hall, with original chequered tiled floor and fine chestnut staircase. The original staff bell system is still in place and working.

Five good reception rooms. Library, lounge, dining room, games room/studio and office with original marble fireplaces.
