Villa Bernia Vista is a well presented 5 bedroom detached villa that is divided into 2 separate self-contained apartments making it particularly suitable for a large family group or two families holidaying together. During some periods each apartment can be rented individually. The villa has a terrace and a private garden with garden furniture. Within a few minutes walk of the villa is a large community pool, with shallow section for children, two tennis courts, a basket ball court, a bar, three restaurants and a supermarket with an excellent bodega and delicatessen. Situated close to Moraira beach and village this is an ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca coast and countryside in this beautiful part of Spain.
The ground floor has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded, a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and patio. The first floor has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. One of the twin bedrooms on each floor can take an extra bed making the total sleeping capacity 12 people. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to provide a cool breeze in the summer.
Casa Bernia Vista is situated on The Pueblo Alcasar, between Benitachell and Moraira with Moraira beach just 4000 metres away! It is a very pretty, private development, which is built in the customary Spanish Pueblo style. The setting is secluded but not remote and offers magnificent panoramic views of distant mountains, vineyards, orange groves and almond trees.
There is an exceptionally large swimming pool with a children's shallow end in the summer approximately 75 metres from the villa. There are two tennis courts and a basket ball court. The poolside bar and restaurant serves drinks and food all day in summer. Rusty's bar/restaurant and the restaurant near the supermarket are a few minutes walk and there are several other restaurants within a mile.

Villa Bernia Vista is a good place from which to enjoy this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. There are many places to visit along the coast including Javea which has a good beach, fishing harbour, restaurants and golf course, Denia with some excellent shops on a beautiful tree lined main street, Calpe with its superb fish restaurants near the harbour and good beaches and of course Benidorm that boasts Aqualandia, Mundo Mar (Sea World) and now of course the new Terra Mitica theme park. Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley and Bernia Mountain range plus caves, a safari park and waterfalls.
