The villa is a single storey property that will sleep up to eight people.
The master suite has a superking size bed, large walk in closet, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Along with all the bedrooms, there is a cable television in the room. There is also a cot/crib in this room, although it can easily be moved to any room.The bathroom has a large walk in shower,WC and twin basins.
A queen size bed is in the 2nd bedroom with a chest of drawers, large closet and bedside cabinets. This room overlooks the back yard.
There are 2 twin size beds in the 3rd bedroom, along with a large closet, chest of drawers and bedside table.
The 2nd bathroom is situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and has a full size bath, overhead shower and twin basins.
The property is maintained and furnished to a high standard providing comfortable and relaxing surroundings for your holiday.
The kitchen is well equipped with all you could want in a Floridian kitchen with cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, diswasher etc, as well as more than enough cutlery, crockery etc for the whole family.
The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are in a closet close by the kitchen, as is a small nook for more informal meals.
The lounge is spacious, bright and airy with plenty of comfortable seating to allow you to spend some quiet time whilst relaxing away from the parks.
The family room again has comfortable seating with a 32" LCD television and X-Box console, patio doors lead to the pool area.
The dining area has a table and chairs large enough for a family of 6 to eat together, again, patio doors lead to the pool area.
The large pool is solar heated and the villa has a large rear yard for the children to play in. There is also an X-Box console in the family room with a selection of games. A table football is also available.
The villa benefits from 4 remote control televisions, all being linked to a cable network,one in each of the bedrooms plus a 32" LCD one in the family room, DVD Player with a number of DVD's for all ages. For those early morning starts to Disney World, all bedrooms benefit from having an alarm clock. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
All linens and towels, including pool towels are provided for your use.
There is a selection of pool inflatables available for your enjoyment in the pool.
We also have an electric barbecue for our guests to use, all we ask is that you clean it after each use and return it to the garage at the end of your stay.
Pool Notes
The pool is oversized and solar heated therefore no charge is made for pool heating.
As long as the pool cover is used during the winter months a temperature of approximately 82-84 degrees is maintained.
Patio Notes
The large pool is solar heated and the villa has a large rear yard for the children to play in.
There are plenty of pool inflatables for you to use and loungers, chairs and a table for that al-fresco dining.
Garden Notes
There ia a large back yard to our home with a lawn, mature shrubs and trees.
Parking Notes
We have a double garage and a driveway that allows parking for numerous cars.

Our home is thoroughly cleaned for your arrival, and will be cleaned on your departure.
For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional fee of $70/£55 will be charged.
Additional cleaning can be provided during your stay if you require it, at the same costs as above.
Changeover Notes
Change over days are flexible, allowing guests to take advantage of cheaper week day flights if they wish.
Linen Notes
All towels, including pool towels and linen is provided for your stay.

WE HAVE A STRICT 'NO PETS' PLOICY IN OUR HOME.
Baby Facilities Notes
We have a baby crib, stroller and high chair for guests to use.
All doores to the pool area are alarmed so that young children cannot enter this area without you hearing that they have done so.

Local Amenities & Attractions
The villa is situated in a very convenient position being close enough to the I4 to get around quickly, but far enough away that you wouldn't know it was there!
Situated only 10 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
We are only minutes from the new Champions Gate Resort and there are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive, including the new courses at the new Reunion resort.
Restaurants are a short drive away with the nearest supermarket just 2 minutes away.
There are numerous shops within a very short car ride.
