Casa Alkabir is a three bedroom, two bathroom town house with air-conditioning and shared pool in the Moroccan style urbanisation of Alkabir that is on the coast by the town of El Campello between Alicante and Benidorm.
Alkabir has attractive landscaped gardens and a lovely swimming pool that is
available from June to September. There are large surrounding patios for sunbathing, a pool side bar, several bars and restaurants and a small supermarket within a short walk.
Casa Alkabir sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms. On the top floor is one double bedded room with air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and exit to the roof terrace. On the first floor are two twin bedded rooms that share a second bathroom.
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with air-conditioning and a satellite television with Sky sports channels and a video player.
The American style kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, frig freezer and washing machine.
Also on the ground floor is a small patio with table and chairs.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
The local beach is a short walk and has a bar in the summer whilst El Campello with its beach and pedestrianized promenade lined with restaurants and bars is
just a 20 minute walk. The nearby railway station (Amerador) provides a service to the coastal towns between Alicante and Denia including Campello, San Juan, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.

Local Amenities & Attractions
Casa Alkabir is ideal for those who do not want to drive as the local facilities and services can be used. If you do like to venture further afield there is plenty to see and do within a short drive or coach trip including caves, theme parks, safari parks and some lovely villages, towns and countryside.
The El Campello area has 23km of coastline with sandy beaches and rocky coves. The lovely sandy beach at Playa Muchavista is a 5 minute drive and there is a nudist beach in the rocky Lloma de Reixes cove. The historic City of Alicante and the lively commercialised town of Benidorm are within a short drive.

Prices include linen and towel hire, gas, electricity, water, welcome pack, air-conditioning and local representation.
Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday with a refundable inventory deposit of £100.00
The villa will be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:30am on the last day.
