At one end of the garden is a barbecue area. There is a large fig tree with a hammock for those lazy siestas in summer. The swimming pool divides this area from the orange grove and rest of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffe pot, blender, pots and pans, cutlery, glassware and flatware, etc.
Living/Lounge Area Notes
The spacious and light living - dining room is charmingly furnished in rustic style and sunny Mediterranean colours. There is a comfy sofa, armchairs, a wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD and CD player, board games and lots of reading material. This area has wonderful views over the valley and surrounding orange groves.
Bedroom Notes
El Sequer has two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms are furnished with cupboards, bedside tables, etc and overlook the garden and pool area.
Cleaning Notes
The cottage is thoroughly cleaned before and after the rental period.
In High Season (June - September) there will be a small cleaning surcharge for arrivals/departures on weekends or public holidays.
Weekly linen change is also provided and included in price.

Linen Notes
We provide top quality bed and bath linen which is included in the rental price. Duvets and blankets are provided during the winter months.
We do not provide beach towels however, so please bring these with you.

We provide a cot with cot linen for young children under 2 years of age.
There is also a highchair.
