This hundred year old cottage is in the wooded valley of Kamenovo village, between Kubrat and Razgrad in NE Bg. Population (once much bigger) now approximately 800 and again growing, with currently three English speaking owners. Fishing lake 20 minute walk, 3 shops, three pubs, 45 km to Danube. Cottage is small but in very good condition, with three rooms and a central kitchen area (50 sqm), over an old stone cellar of same size. Lovely old beams, fanstastic valley view from bedrooms. Water, electricity, brick outhouse, barns for smaller animals and dovecotes etc. Immediate garden of house is 1,200 sqm and contains many fruit trees, walnut, hazelnut, and there is an additional 2,262 sqm of agricultural land, currently an untended vineyard but could also be suitable for orchard. We (the owners) are currently hoping for a quick sale only because we have another property in the village which is all we can handle!
