Villa La Joya is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Els Poblets, near Denia
on the Spanish Costa Blanca.
It is just a short walk of 500m to the typical Spanish village of Els Poblets,
1800m to the nearest beach and the main town of Denia is 8km.
The property is fairly private, being fully enclosed by walls and hedges, and features a large terrace by the pool that enjoys all day sun.
On the ground floor facing the pool is a glazed naya, with ceiling fan, and from this you enter the spacious lounge dining room that also has a ceiling fan plus an air-conditioning unit, satellite television with free to air Sky channels (you can take your own Sky Card)

and a wood burning fire - ideal for the cooler winter months.
The large separate kitchen diner has a 4 burner gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and sandwich maker. There is ample crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for you to cater for yourself if you wish but there are some excellent local restaurants.

From the lounge is a hallway leading to one double and one twin bedroom, each with floor standing fans, two shower rooms and a utility room with ironing facilities.

The washing machine is located in another utility room with exterior access.
The first floor is reached by an exterior staircase that leads to the sun terrace with lovely views of the Seggaria and Montgo mountains.
From the terrace is entry to the third bedroom that has a ceiling fan, en-suite shower room, a sofa and two easy chairs.

Outside is plenty of garden furniture, including sun-loungers, a dining area with portable barbecue, a large poolside terrace and several flower beds with shrubs and fruit trees.

Villa La Joya is an older style of property but is ideal for those not wanting the hustle and bustle of a busy tourist area yet want to be within easy reach of the village shops for fresh bread and fruit!, a supermarket, bars and restaurants (one with large screen tv within a 5 minute walk) a local beach and some larger towns such as Denia, Oliva and Ondara and Javea.

Available to rent all year. Reservation periods can start and finish on a
Saturday or Tuesday allowing periods of 3, 4, 7, 10, 11 and 14 days
provided a vacant period of less than 7 days is not left.
