The complex is an attractive grouping of eight individulally set houses, each containing three apartments. Each house is set within its own grounds, with private fresh water swimming pool, terrace and landscaped garden.
Bouganvillea Apartment is set at the top of the development,having the luxury of uninterupted views and its own spacious private terrace, the largest within the complex, from which the property is accessed.
The air-conditioned accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, allowing open plan kitchen with stainless steel hob and hood, Fridge freezer, washing machine and kitchen appliances/utensils.
To the living area is attractive wrought iron seating with large french windows leading onto a spacious balcony overlooking the pool .
The seating can be transformed to make two single beds if required.
The accommodation has air conditioned double and twin bedrooms,with French doors and balconies.The bathroom has WC, pedestal sink, bath with stainless steel over-head shower.
The apartment is well designed, set in a peaceful, quality location that would make an ideal base for couples and families alike.
However due to its location it may be unsuitable for persons of limited mobility.
