About the property

This is a large villa with a king size master suite that has a bath, walk-in shower twin vanity units and w.c. and a large walk-in wardrobe.

The swimming pool is 13 x 26 foot and fully screened, south-west facing so the sun is on the pool most of the day (from early morning to sunset). Attached to the pool is a Spa/Jacuzzi, which is heated (gas) together with the pool. There is a covered lanai for the extra hot days and with the exteended deck area provides ample relaxation space for guests. The pool, lanai and deck area are floodlit for that evening dip following a day at the theme parks. This area comes complete with luxury pool furniture and sun loungers.

There is a family room and living room, within the family room is a colour television (cable), DVD player and a CD-radio-cassette player. This room, and the villa throughout, is furnished to a high standard. Adjoining the family room is the kitchen, breakfast bar and nook (eating area). This area is open plan with a table and chairs and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen has every modern convenience including a full size cooker, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle and a toaster. There is a large spacious dining room with large dining table and chairs.

The villa has two additional good size bedrooms that share the second, family bathroom. Each bedroom has a remote control television with cable.

Bedroom 2 has been themed as a 'Nemo' room for visitors both young and old. It has bunk-beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed up above.

Bedroom 3 has two Disney Teddy Bears, as taken to bed by Mickey and his friends, to keep guests company.

All bedrooms have and ample drawer space.

A high chair, cot and light weight buggy (stroller) are provided The laundry room provides a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner.
