Pool Notes
The Pool for this property is accessed through a back gate from the small courtyard, it is a large communial pool shared by only 20 houses, there is a safe shallow section for small children, ample room around the pool for sunbathing, showers for before and after the pool.
Garden Notes
The property boast a terrace area to the front and rear for al-fresco dining, with sun loungers and tables and chairs, there is also a roof top solarium which has a canopy for shade should you wish and table and chairs and sun loungers, the views from the roof are spectactular with sea and mountains to gaze at.
Kitchen Notes
The kitchen is fully fitted with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Toaster, Kettle, and there is a 6 person dining table and chairs
Bedroom Notes
There are 3 bedrooms each sleeping 2 persons, 1 double with small balcony leading to the roof solarium, 1 twin room, and 1 bunk room all with fans, and wardrobes.
Cleaning Notes
Cleaning is provided within the price of your stay for the clean at the end of your holiday, it is expected that the villa is treated with respect and left in a reasonable clean condition at the end of your stay, should it be left in a bad state then it is expected that the tenant will bear the additional cleaning costs from the deposit held.
Changeover Notes
Unless previously arranged on booking check in time is 5pm on the date of arrival and 10am on the day of departure, these can be flexible should it previously be arranged, with the agent either at the time of booking ( preferable) or on arrival at the villa.
On arriving to the villa you will be met by our local agent, who will give you area information, they will also check you out on the day of your departure, they are available during your stay for advice and information, telephone numbers are provided, and of course are there should any problems occur, they speak english and spanish.
Linen Notes
Linen is supplied and if a 2 week stay is booked, it will be changed at the end of the first week free of charge. Towels are also provided for use within the villa ( 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person, plus and hand towel in each of the bathrooms), and around the pool area but not for the beach. Tea Towels are provided. It is advisable to bring your own beach towels.

Local Amenities & Attractions
The area surrouding this villa is pretty and tranquil, there are numbers of bars and resturants for those who do not wish to cook, there are 3 large supermarkets in the area, along with go-karts (seasonal) and a small bowling alley, there is also a large out door cinema ( spanish language only). A Little further afield there are 2 water parks both approx 1 hours drive away, there is one in vera and another new one in Murcia city, which also homes a nature park ( small Zoo). Cartagena is approx 30 minutes drive away either via motorway or via the scenic route through the mountains, where you will find Macdonalds, Large shopping complexes and all the normal things a large town has to offer along with the very historic naval port.
Booking Notes
Booking for the property requires a 100€ on booking and the balance required 8 weeks before the holiday, also required at the time of booking is 100€ security/breakage deposit which is fully refundable at the end of your stay.
Bathroom/Ensuite Notes
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs contains a shower, toilet and sink and the master bathroom located on the first floor has bath, with overhead shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
