The property has two double bedrooms, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with utility area housing washing machine etc. Open plan lounge/diner area includes sofa bed. Large patio area, with table and chairs plus sun lounger’s, opening onto pool.
The apartment is situated in a gated, phone entrance, secure complex, literally yards from the communal pool. (One of the largest in the area.) In the summer months a small kiosk/shop is open all day where you can get ice creams, tapas and drinks.
Pool Notes
A large friendly pool with child area. Shower to be used before entering pool. Pool can be used all day acknowledging respect of the siesta time.
Patio Notes
The patio has table and chairs plus sun loungers. Directly on to the childrens pool and main pool.
Parking Notes
A car is not essential as beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Parking is outside complex in street.
Kitchen Notes
There is a fridge/freezer, Gas hob, Combi Microwave and drainer above sink.
Utility Area Notes
There is a utility area at back of kitchen housing washing machine, iron and ironing board and cleaning facilities.

Cleaning Notes
Cleaning to be paid in resort at a cost of 35 euros per changeover.
Changeover Notes
Minimum of 2 nights out of season and minimum 7 nights during summer months with changeover day on Saturday.
Cleaning of 35 euros to be paid in resort. Short stay also incurs cleaning costs seperately.
Linen Notes
Linen and towels are supplied on a weekly basis.

Booking Notes
Payment accepted in euros or pounds sterling.
A deposit of 20% payable upon booking and securing weeks requested. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. In the event that bookings are made within six weeks of arrival full payment is due immediately. There is also a refundable deposit of £150 for breakages, due with final payment.
