The double bedroom leads out onto a balcony which has stunning views of the mountains and sea. The balcony leads onto the roof solarium for even more stunning views.

The large back patio is walled for privacy and has table, chairs and a large parasol. There is a BBQ for outdoor eating.

There are two small bedroom. One with two single beds in and one with one single bed in. There is a large double bedroom with double doored balcony area leading up to the solarium with stunning views out to sea.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Cleaning Notes
All cleaning costs are charged in resort at 60 euros for each clean.
Changeover Notes
Minimum of 2 nights out of season and minimum 7 nights during summer months with changeover day on Saturday.
Cleaning of 60 euros to be paid in resort. Short stay also incurs cleaning costs seperately.
Linen Notes
Linen and house towels are supplied weekly.
Baby Facilities Notes
A travel baby cot is supplied on request.
Booking Notes
Payment accepted in euros or pounds sterling.
A deposit of 20% payable upon booking and securing weeks requested. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. In the event that bookings are made within six weeks of arrival full payment is due immediately. There is also a refundable deposit of £150 for breakages, due with final payment.
Cleaning to be paid in resort at a cost of 60 euros per changeover.
Bathroom/Ensuite Notes
Upstairs bathroom have full size bath with shower over. Toilet, bidet and wash basin. Tastefully decorated.
