The colourful and exotic city of Perpignan is just a 10 minute drive away or there is a bus service if you prefer. Dine and shop in the old city of Perpignan. It is hard to believe how anyone could want more from a city. It is full of sophisticated shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and music clubs.

This is a lovely, bright rental home with an incredible view out over the golden Canet beach to the Mediterranean and to the Pyrenees, majestically towering in the background. What more could you want? A tidy and tastefully decorated, spacious holiday home that has two balconies for you to relax with the sun on your face as you enjoy the superb view. Listen to the lapping of the waves of an evening and enjoy a quiet moment, perhaps with a glass of wine from one of the many local châteaux.
But then you walk out of the front door of the three-storey home and you are on the smooth, immaculate sandy beach, looking down the Roussillon coastline towards Spain and the Pyrenees as they tumble into the Mediterranean.
The beach house is situated on the sea front, as close to the sea as you can get, in the heart of Canet Sud and has many restaurants and shops nearby to select from. There is also a stunning inland lake and nature reserve just a short walk away. The beach itself is an incredible a hundred metres wide and stretches some fifteen kilometres, running from St. Marie to St. Cyprien.
Located in the historic area of Pyrénées Orientales, the exceptionally spacious accommodation has the benefit of 2 double bedrooms, 2 lounges, both of which have large sofa beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a separate kitchen and a garage with additional parking space on the rear drive. The holiday home has a nice open plan and bright airy feel. There are 3 balconies, one of which is connected to the upstairs lounge, whilst another opens up from the front bedroom, both offering magnificent scenic views.
Enclosed to the front of the apartment is a paved patio with olive trees, offering a pleasant environment for outside meals, barbecues or simply relaxing in relative privacy with family and friends.
