Highgate Park is a beautiful new gated community surrounded by a conservation area. Our fabulous four bedroom villa is air conditioned throughout and furnished with love and attention to detail. Its layout makes it ideal for all sorts of groups and sharers to have the perfect vacation, or you can spoil yourself and enjoy the villa with its own pool just for yourself.

Only a short drive from the airport on Highway 27 you enter through the gates of Highgate Park to find beautiful homes and landscaped grounds. We have installed a key pad lock so you can go straight to the villa. Codes for the villa, High Gate Park and driving instructions will be sent on payment of balance. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The great room really is the heart of this home, it has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you could ask for. It is also a good size so the cook can have lots of help - after all its your vacation too. There are 2 dining areas one formal and a breakfast nook for quick bites. The seating area has a cable TV and an X box games console. One of the sofas opens out to a double bed to bring the capacity up to 10. The great room has direct access out to the pool area where the covered lanai offers a welcome shaded area with table and chairs to dine out if you wish. There are also loungers for the sun worshippers. The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months - please advise at time of booking. The whole area is screened for your comfort.

The master suite has a king size bed in a room with direct access out to the pool area. There are 2 walk in closets and a stunning master bathroom -twin sinks, a garden tub, walk in shower and separate toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoins the second bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The two twin bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom which is also divided into two areas - which makes the morning rush a little easier.
There is a laundry area so you can pack light- lots of room for the bargains in the shops.
We have a games room in the garage with a multi function games table and a dart board, so you can play foosball, table tennis, table hockey and skittles amongst others.
We also have free broadband internet access if you need to keep in touch from Florida.
Our villa is managed by a local company who provide you with 24hr emergency cover if you should need it. (We hope not)
On our web site we have a fully automated booking system which allows you to enter you details, get an instant confirmation and pay by credit card. Your money is placed in a bonded client account until after your stay for your financial protection.
