Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and double French door which leads you to a small terrace with table and chairs. From here there there is access to the garden, B.B.Q and pool area. There is also another full length window with views to the pool.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds locked together making a large double. There are fitted wardrobes, drawers and fantastic views to the mountains. All of the bedrooms are of good size.
The bathroom is fully tiled having bath with shower over, w.c. and wash hand basin.

Up the curved flight of stairs there is the fully fitted kitchen with light coloured units, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, microwave and a breakfast bar with stools. It has wonderful views from both of the windows to the mountains. There is a good sized room with a w.c. and wash hand basin on this floor level.
The open plan lounge with dining area is bright, light and airy. There is a formal dining table and from the dining area there is a terrace with patio table and plenty of chairs for more informal eating. The lounge area has two large comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace and a long white sideboard with a large mirror to add to the light airy feeling. There is also a coin operated air conditioning /heating unit in this room.There is a T.V. receiving English channels and a cd player/radio. The views are quite stunning both from the windows and the terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens.

From the front door, take the curved flight of steps down to a separate apartment (4th picture down) which has a living room with a bed sofa, a shower room with shower cubicle, w.c and wash hand basin and a 4th bedroom with double bed, drawers, bedside lamp and fitted cupboards. There is a mobile fan in this room.

The villa is situated only about 3 km out of Nerja town yet still allows you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside.
