The Old Port of Cannes is a very lively area, full of bars and restaurants. You will be one block away from the beaches, and a few minutes away from anything you might want to experience in Cannes, such as the wide open air market "le Marché Forville", the "chic" Rue d'Antibes, the lively Rue Saint Antoine and Rue Meynadier, and of course the world famous Palais du Festival (2 minutes away) where the International Film Festival takes place in May...
Only 5 mins walk and you reach the Cannes Croisette and hotels such as the Carlton and the Martinez..

This apartment can accommodate a familly of 4 or 5 people very well.
It is also perfect for business trips to Cannes, for 2 or 3 colleagues willing to sleep in separate areas.
