About the property
Relax and unwind in our main lounge area with its executive style furniture and beautiful floral displays. Double doors lead out onto the pool area and high ceilings and ceiling fans help keep the room cool on those sunny days. A deep pile carpet and luxury rug underfoot add to your comfort. A 42" widescreen plasma television finishes off the room and provides entertainment for all.
Formal dining is always a pleasure. The dining area has a beautiful carved table and chairs and enjoys a sunny aspect overlooking our spectacular garden. Lighting hangs from the high, decorative ceiling and tasteful lace drapes adorn the window.
The second lounge has a TV and DVD. It boasts a cathedral ceiling and fully remote controlled ceiling fan. Accessible to the pool area and close to the kitchen, the positioning makes it absolutely perfect for that late evening drink when you may want to top up your glass with some ice.
The Nook provides a more informal place to eat. The large seamless wrap around window makes this the perfect spot to breakfast whilst watching the early morning golfers tee off from the eighth
Pool Notes
Our beautiful and expansive swimming pool (30 ft x 17½ ft)with its fountains and planters is the ideal place to bathe whilst taking in the scenery. The six seater Jacuzzi is a great place to chill out and enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst enveloped in bubbles! A safety fence surrounds the water and protective mesh covers the large decked area equipped with intercom and outdoor lights. The deck and pool area covers a 50ft length and is perfect for sunbathing or entertaining.
The pool heat takes 24 hours to maximise. If guests require it turned on 24 hours prior to their stay then payment for that "extra" day is necessary.
The Jacuzzi is heated by gas and is instant.
Parking Notes
The garage at 8th tee villa is double size and as such can comfortably accomodate two vehicles.
Kitchen Notes
The fully fitted well equipped kitchen really does provide all the necessities. Whether you decide to snack and order take outs or cook lavish three course meals during your stay, everything is literally at your fingertips. A large fridge/freezer, (with ice maker and cold drinks facility), cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, coffee percolator, dishwasher and waste disposal are just some of the appliances provided. The utility room conveniently adjoins the kitchen and houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and extra large sink - great for washing bathing costumes after a day at the coast.
Bedroom Notes
The Master Bedroom and En Suite Bathroom really is something special with bay windows, complete with lace scarves, facing the front giving you a view of Lake Joe. Make use of a double bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, alarm clock, intercom, ceiling fan, TV and telephone. The spacious adjoining bathroom incorporates a whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, separate WC, "his and her sinks", two walk in wardrobes and linen cupboard. A rear door opens on to the pool area providing a convenient access point on to tiled area after swimming.
The twin bedroom is situated around a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Decorated to a high standard with spacious fitted wardrobe, dressing table and lamps. The deep pile carpet makes getting out of bed a pleasure. A ceiling fan keeps the room cool and cuddly cushions and toys line the beds for younger guests.
The second twin room is also situated conveniently around the Jack and Jill bathroom. A large fitted wardrobe, dressing table, lamp and ceiling fan all add to the comfort of this pleasant room at the rear of the villa.
The second double room is situated at the front of the house and enjoys sunny views over the front garden. Bedside cabinets, lamps and a large mirrored chest of drawers make the room a restful place to recharge your batteries. Lace drapes and scarf finish off the room stunningly

Baby Facilities Notes
This villa is perfect for younger children. All on one level with no stairs to climb, this home is particularly child friendly. All our doors are alarmed to prevent children opening them unnoticed by adults and our pool has a strudy safety fence surrrounding it.
A cot/crib is supplied for our guest's use at no extra charge.
Local Amenities & Attractions
Whilst Orlando's famous theme parks dominate holiday makers' view of Florida, many people do not realise the other activities that the area offers to its visitors. Golf remains a hugely popular pastime with many of the resorts offering challenging and exciting courses. Watersports too can be enjoyed locally, with boating, fishing and snorkeling to be found along the network of rivers that infiltrate the locality. Enjoy the miles of nature reserves, hiking, horse riding and bike riding against the breath taking backdrop of Floridian scenery.
