Two further bedrooms are situated across the landing - one double with king-size bed and one twin, sharing the separate large family bathroom. Self Contained apartment with large combined living room/double bedroom, kitchen and shower room. There are air-conditioning units and ceiling fans in all rooms.
Please not that the property also benefits from a fixed telephone which can be used for making local calls. There is also use of a computer linked to the internet by Broad Band by special request.

Covered barbecue area, bar area facing pool, large private 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by mature shrubs, bushes and fruit trees, pool shower, outdoor lighting, sun beds, table and chairs, umbrellas. Private driveway and covered parking bay.

Unknown to many, Peyia starts at the coast and reaches up into the hills above Coral Bay where the village centre is located. It is extremely popular due to the village facilities offering many good quality tavernas and restaurants, a supermarket that opens on Sunday, a doctor, two banks and all this only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay and 15 minutes from Paphos town.

Please note that we can only accept a maximum of 2 children (over the age of 4 only). Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.

10m x 5m heated swimming pool usually maintains around 32'c

Patio Notes

A patio runs along the whole of the rear of the house overlooking the pool with the sea on the horizon. This gives the villa a 'Somerset Maughan' feeling of gracious living.

Garden Notes

Garden is mature and very well maintained with an irrigation system to keep the beautiful hibiscus in flower all year round.

Parking Notes

Hard standing with a car port within the gates provides off road security and shade to keep the vehicle cool.

Extremely well equipped kitchen/diner lacking absolutely nothing

Utility Area Notes

A seperate utility room with a combined washing machine and drier, next to a second sink and drainer.

Seperate dining room seating 8 adults around rectangular extending table.

3 double bedrooms, (one with twin beds), in the main section of the house and a further double bedroom in the annexe. The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom

Cleaning Notes

Thorough clean before and following every visit with a mid term clean for a booking greater than 1 week

Changeover Notes

Can be any day but nomally Saturday or Wednesday.

Pet Notes

No pets, but there is a 'house cat' who occasionally graces our visitors with his presence! The gardener / pool cleaner feeds him, so do lots of others!

Local Amenities & Attractions

Paphos is a world heritage centre with many Roman ruins and some beautiful mosaic sites. There are water sports in abundance in both Coral Bay and Paphos. Paphos has a Water Park, 2 Go Kart tracks, sea aquarium plus many other attractions one would expect of a sea port built on the back of tourism,- it wasn't here until the 1980's!

Payment details will be supplied on confirmation of the booking. Payments for the villa can be made direct to our bank using the Internet or by cheque and we request you pay 30% on confirmation, the remainder must be paid 2 months in advance

Bathroom/Ensuite Notes

Both master bedroom and annexe have ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 double bedrooms share the second bathroom.
