About the property
These apartments sleeping four are in a typical Austrian property in the heart of the Hohe Tauern national park. They are situated just outside the village of Embach near Lend, which is not far from Dorfgastein and Goldegg. A ski lift and life's essentials such as shops, a bank, bars and restaurants are within easy reach. Walking, hiking and mountain biking are available in the forested hills and mountains of the area. In winter, skiing is available in the village and many larger skiing areas are within easy reach. These include Rauris (15 minutes drive), Zell am See (25 minutes drive) and Dorfgastein (15 minutes drive).
Apartments One and Two: comprise main double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk beds, shower room and living area/kitchenette (with dining table, cooker, sink, fridge/freezer). The apartments have balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and shared use of the garden. Each apartment has a garage for parking and storage of skis or mountain bikes.
Local Amenities & Attractions
The mountain village of Embach is situated on a sunny plateau at an altitude of 1,013m near the village of Lend which is located in the Salzach valley. Both villages nestle in the heart of the Hohe Tauern national park, where the hustle and bustle of everyday life is left behind and unspoiled nature can be explored.
To the west is Zell am See and to the south is the Gastein valley. This is a great area for winter sports and summer leisure.

PRICE: £105 per apartment for 3 nights. Arrive any night.
Prices for seven nights available. Any other lengths of stay are possible
IMPORTANT There is a 30 euro charge for cleaning (to be paid locally) regardless of length of stay. There is also a tourist tax to be paid locally.
Payment is preferred in Pounds Sterling (GBP) or the Euro equivalent (currency converter) can also be accepted. The exact Euro amount will be agreed with you at time of booking.
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival.
For each booking an information pack will be sent giving full arrival details and apartment information.
