About the property
The villa is detatched and surrounded by a wall with gates to the front and side, it is a corner property and not overlooked. There are five palm trees in the front garden allong with colourfull shrubs and bushes. The village has many shops including three Spar small supermarkets. The sandy beech has a large FREE car park, or if you prefer to walk is only 10 minutes away being reached by 173 steps. The villa is equiped for a relaxing stay with linnen changes on Fridays, we provide all linnen, towels for villa use only so please take your own beech towels. A hair dryer is provided along with first aid kit and many othe items to make your stay very much on a home from home basis. The Airport is only 13 Kilometers away so once that you have collected your luggage from the caroselle you should be in the pool within 15 minutes.
Pool Notes
The pool is cleaned twice each week however you may not see the pool man as he usualy arives early morning. Please note that sun oil causes the pool to turn milky and can damage the pool filter system, please use the patio shower to remove sun oil before going into the pool. As the pool is only 1.9 meters deep please NO DIVING.
Cleaning Notes
Cleaning day is Friday after 9.00 am Lesley usually calls round on Thursday afternoon to let you know whene this will take place.
Changeover Notes
Changover day is Friday at 9.00 am.

A deposit of £200.00 is required payable to M H & P S Crabtree with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
